You can soak up the atmosphere of medieval castles, climb the banks of fascinating fjords or admire unspoilt nature. Here is a selection of places to see in Europe.
1. “Plitvice Lakes. National Park” in Croatia
This most picturesque area stretches over almost 30 hectares. Particularly fascinating are the waterfall and the beautiful lakes. The place has unique features. Every year additional rapids appear here. The views change all the time.

2. Neuschwanstein. A castle in Germany.
At least in pictures almost everyone has seen it. The castle was built between 1869 and 1886. King Ludwig II went into a lot of debt to build it. The place was meant for one man. But it became a real asset to many people. Such a monumental structure is truly impressive. It’s perched on a rock that was deliberately made lower to begin construction.
3. The castles of the Loire in France
The colourful Loire valley is a really interesting place. There are many palaces from the Middle Ages and the Renaissance. It’s enough to be here to be transported wonderfully into the past. There are a lot of castles. They are all situated close to each other. You can admire these magnificent creations of the architecture of the past all year round.
4. Venice. Italy
This city is romantic and simply amazing. You need to visit it, at least for one day. You can take a ride along the canals, walk its alleys and visit the famous Piazza San Marco. Worth the trip anytime.
5. Prekestulen. The Rock in Norway
This cliff in Norway is 10,000 years old. From its observation deck you can admire simply magnificent views. This place is the most beautiful in the world.
6. Lapland. Finland.
Here you are captivated by the magnificent snowy landscapes, northern lights and beautiful reindeer. The landscapes are stunning. There are also resorts where you can go skiing.
7. Alech Glacier. Switzerland
Alech is part of the Bernese Alps. The Alech Glacier is the largest glacier in the mountains. Its length is 23 km. You can take a walk there and enjoy the purest air as well as magnificent scenery.
8. Trolltunga. The Rock in Norway
This majestic and very beautiful creation of nature. The rock towers above the lake. From its observation deck you can admire the mirror-like waters and the rocks.
9. Blue Lagoon. A resort in Iceland
This resort is truly a unique area. The milky blue waters are surrounded by lava. The water temperature is 40 degrees. It’s full of minerals. At the bottom lies white clay, which is usually added to healing masks.
10. Bled. A lake in Slovenia
This lake is surrounded by mountains and cliffs. The tranquility here is unbelievable. The air is incredibly fresh and very clean. In the middle of the water there is an island with a chapel on it.
11. San Gimiano. City in Italy.
This town is famous for its stone towers. Only 14 have survived. The town has preserved its medieval culture. Tourists often come here to walk around the streets and enjoy the atmosphere.

Lavender fields are not just beautiful. The lavender fields are full of fragrance. Tourists come here to take a lot of pictures.
13. “Cinque Terre. A national park in Italy
This national park consists of five settlements. Buildings of different colours, sandy and rocky beaches, blue waters, vineyards. The place is truly fabulous.
14. Koekenhof Garden. Netherlands
This is a real fairytale world of tulips. Here you can see buds of all kinds of flowers. The park covers an area of 30 hectares. It is a beauty that you can admire forever.
15. Geirangerfjord. Norway
Tourists come here to admire the real beauty. You can climb the cliffs, go fishing, kayaking or take a cruise on a real motor vessel.
16. Bonifacio. City in France.
The town is located in Corsica. The Aragonese Stairs are an interesting monument. It is made right in the rock. You can climb it to the upper town and admire the beautiful views.
17. Monasteries of Meteora. Greece
These monasteries are located directly on the rocks. The monks liked these places as far back as the 10th century. Only six buildings have survived to this day. They are amazing constructions that are worth seeing.

This forest is well maintained. It looks more like a park. But that’s not true. Here you can meet real deer and see many rare birds.

It is definitely worth visiting this principality to get in touch with luxury. You can go to the casino, enjoy a delicious lunch and admire the local beauty.
20. Halstatt. A village in Austria.
This is a fairy-tale town. Beautiful houses are located above the lake. They are surrounded by mountains. You will definitely like it here if you are tired of the noise of the city. There is peace and tranquillity here.
